MAKING AN ONLINE PURCHASE
Products can be purchased on the Website by selecting the Products You wish to purchase and placing an Order.

Joneek obtains the right to decline, refuse or cancel an Order for which payment has been received, at Our discretion. In this instance, You will be notified via email and we will issue a refund using the payment method used at the time of purchase.

All discount codes are in AUD. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Customers must provide Joneek with complete and accurate details when making Online purchases. Joneek is not liable if We are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses incurred when correcting an order are the responsibility of You.
PAYMENT METHODS
Various payment methods are offered on the Joneek website, include credit cards, visas, Paypal and Afterpay.
If You use Paypal or Afterpay to pay, at the time of checkout, You will be redirected to the Paypal or Afterpay website to complete Your order.
Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once Joneek receives payment, regardless of the payment type used. Please be mindful, some orders may be subject to fraud checks by the Joneek staff, so You may be required to provide additional identification to verify Your transaction. CREDIT CARD EXCHANGE RATES
We recommend checking Your bank’s website for their current exchange rates and policies, as the bank who has issued Your credit card used to place an Order will determine Your exchange rate, and final value. DELIVERY
When We provide You with an Order confirmation, We will provide You with a date on which we anticipate the Products will be delivered to You. This will be relayed to You as an Estimated Delivery Date. You will also be provided with a tracking number once Your Order has been shipped.
We will use best endeavours to supply the Products purchased by You on the Estimated Delivery Date, however You acknowledge that We cannot guarantee that the Products will be delivered on the Estimated Delivery Date.
Orders are processed on business days, excluding public holidays in Victoria. You are responsible for ensuring that You are able to receive the Products.
We will nominate the Carrier who will be responsible for delivery of Products purchased by You – This will be Australia Post.
We will instruct Australia Post to deliver the Products to the address specified by You in Your Order.
Joneek will not be liable to You, or in breach of these Terms by reason of any delay in delivery of the Products, where the delay was due to any cause beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
I) an unreasonable refusal by You to accept delivery; or
II) A delay on behalf of the elected Carrier

CREDIT CARD FRUAD
If We suspect that a customer’s order may be fraudulent, We will contact You to confirm suspected details. If You do not respond with the required information within 5 working days, We have the right to cancel Your order and provide a refund using the original payment method used.
Customers will be contacted using information provided to Us at the time of Order.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Joneek reserves the right to cancel any Order if we are unable to provide the requested product/s. Joneek is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation. You will be contacted at Your earliest convenience in this scenario.
