Please note: all orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days.
Joneek offers Free Express shipping on all Australian and NZ orders. Rest of world shipping fee is flat rate $30. Joneek also offer Free Express shipping worldwide for all orders over $300.
Joneek is not responsible for any delays caused by our chosen carrier, this includes delays experienced during high volume seasons. Items pre-ordered are also subject to varying shipping times, which will be communicated to you during the time your order is processed, and packaged for delivery. Communication will occur via email.
Joneek will not be liable to refund or resend a missing or stolen parcel. Please note all standard and express orders are shipped via Australian post.
