RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer returns for any item/s that are returned to us within 7 days starting from the date you received your item. If the item does not fit, you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, or, if you have had a change of mind, unless otherwise specified by our team.

Joneek reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if a customer contacts us after the 7 day return period, or if a product/s show signs of wear.
A return or exchange is applicable if the product/s meets the following criteria:
- The item is in its original condition and packaging.
- The item is unworn
- Tags are still attached (once the tag has been removed the product is no longer applicable for a return or exchange)
- No odour is present on the item
- A receipt for proof of purchase can be presented
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Postage for returned items will need to be covered by the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty by our team. Once a refund has been processed, please note it may take 5-7 business days for funds to reflect in your bank count.
Returns will take 5-10 business days to process. Customers will be notified about the outcome of their return or exchange submission via email.
Please note, there is no return, exchange or refund offered on sale items.
FAULTY RETURNS
In the unlikely event that an item is deemed faulty, please contact our customer service team via hello@joneek.com.au with images of the faulty item, a brief description of where the item is faulty, your full name, your best contact number and your order number.
Our team will take 2-5 businesses days to access the item and will communicate with you the outcome of the faulty return application via email.
If we believe the item is faulty, then a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, to be eligible for a faulty return, our team will need to be notified via email about the fault within 7 days of receiving the item/s.
